This session will explore what is meant by resilience and how we can cultivate and develop resilience as professionals. How can we thrive and not just survive? What are the habits and dispositions that can sustain us?
Hope allows us to face reality and take action to change that reality for the better. We will consider our goals and the necessary actions needed to attain these goals. How committed are we to taking the steps needed?
Do we believe that we can make a difference? Turning hope into reality is a deliberate process.
