Using Film in English and Religious Education
With film being used regularly in English (now at Junior Cycle level as well as in Leaving Cert) and in Religious Education, this hands-on IT course will give participants skills to work more effectively with film. There will be guidance on sourcing films, sourcing and creating film clips (e.g. to illustrate key moments), creating stills from films (again to illustrate key moments or capture concepts) and designing effective notes, worksheets, and handouts. Ideally bring own devices, though Centre PCs are available also.
