Exploring Learning (NQT Post-Primary Only)

This workshop at its essence will explore what it is to be a learner. It will also reconnect with NQT's understanding of themselves as a learner as developed at ITE and emphasise the impact that the teacher has on students learning. A virtual class will be used by NQT's to help them to investigate the different learning styles students have and adapt their methodologies to meet these needs. Particular emphasis will be placed on the learning profile of students with SEN.
