Mindful Cycle Self-Care Session (face-to-face in Laois Education Support Centre) 20.11.2025
This women’s wellness session is designed for school staff to pause, reconnect, and nurture themselves through the lens of menstrual wellness. Together we’ll explore how to care for body and mind through each phase of the cycle, weaving in mindfulness, simple self-care practices and lifestyle tools to support yourself. You’ll leave with greater awareness of your own rhythm and practical ways to honour it in daily life. Ending with meditation practice. There will be opportunities for reflection and journaling too. Please bring a notebook, mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort.
