A 4-part online series on Tuesday 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th November 2025 to help you build confidence, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure. You'll explore how CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tools and somatic strategies can support assertiveness, emotional regulation, and real self-compassion – at work and in life.
This engaging and practical webinar series blends CBT with communication theory and somatic tools to help participants: • Build self-awareness • Communicate with more confidence • Develop assertiveness skills • Improve emotional regulation • Deepen self-compassion Each session offers clear, evidence-based tools grounded in CBT and neuroscience. Participants will learn to understand the link between thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and body responses – and how to shift patterns that are keeping them stuck. There will be space for reflection, skills practice, and applying these ideas to real-life situations. Learning Outcomes By the end of this series, participants will be able to: • Identify unhelpful thinking patterns that impact communication and confidence • Describe the four main communication styles and recognise their own style • Use CBT tools (thought records, behaviour experiments) to challenge self-critical thoughts • Communicate assertively using clear, respectful language • Understand the mind-body connection in emotional regulation • Apply somatic tools (breath, grounding, body awareness) to stay calm under pressure • Strengthen self-compassion and inner confidence through CBT-informed practices • Use active listening and validation to strengthen relationships
